The country house San Frediano Holidays, finished to be restaurated in 2003, is in a typical tuscan landscape characterised by hills with olive trees and mediterrenean bush. It has abeutiful view on, in a pleasant position and it offers a nice familiar hospitability. It is on the limits of nthe three provinces: Florence, Pisa and Siena.

Its isolated position offers complete relax and a wonderful panoramical view. Gambassi Terme is only few kilometers far.

At disposition of the guests is a well equipped pool, outside space, barbeque, TV sat, parking and also alot of paths for naturalistic walkings by foot or mountain-bike, dipped in the forest where it is possible to meet the classic fauna totally free (peasants, hares, roes, wild boars, hawks, squirrels).

The farmhouse is the perfect starting place for fascinating escursions in the nicest places of artistic Tuscany, from Florence, Pisa, Siena that are about 50 km far, to the nearest Volterra and San Gimignano (20 km), Valdelsa and the numerous minor centres you can discover.

The restauration of the colonical house and the near hayloft brought to the realisation of 5 gracious and cosy apartments in classic tuscan style.

For completing the relaxing atmosphere we furnished the farmhouse with a 5x12m pool, at the complete disposal of the guest.

You can practice your sporting and relaxing activities in the nearby where are horse schools and golf courses 10 km far. The restaurant is at Il Castagno, which you can get in only 5 min by car, others are 5/10 Km far.
