Facilities of the farmhouse

The farmhouse offers a lot of facilities to spend a relaxing and pleasant holiday in Tuscany:

  1. pool, dimensions 5x12 metres. You can use it from 01/05 to 30/09 or more if the season is good. Around the pool you can find: deckchairs, sun beds, sunshade parasol, outside shower.
  2. loggiato, furnished with tables, barbecue and wood for fireplace and barbecue to eat outside.
  3. tables, chairs and deckchairs, are around the pool's border and in the terrace-solarium.
  4. bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, every apartment is well furnished.
  5. golf course, is about 10 km far from the farmhouse.
  6. parking, free for our clients.
  7. TV sat, free for our clients.
  8. kitchen, each is well furnished with cookery and accessorizes.

The farmhouse offers the following paying facilities:

  1. heating, winter period: consumed heating - EURO 10 per day.
  2. cleaning, further extra cleaning or supplementary changes are to be paid.
  3. baby bed, you have to ask it when you book.
  4. washing maschine, facility to be requested.

We would like to inform you that it is not allowed to:

  1. park your car in front of the apartment's entrance
  2. bring animals
