1. sitting room with kitchenette with 4 electric hot plates, electric hoven and fridge with freezer
2. big bedroom with Tv sat and fireplace, and a single bed-sofa.
3. Bathroom with shower cabin.

Outside is a loggiato furnished with table, chairs and barbeque so to eat outside.
